By submitting content for production, you confirm you own it or have rights to use it, and you agree to hold Tiffany's Touches and Belle Creata LLC harmless from any IP disputes related to submitted content. The Tiffany's Touches name, logo, and branding are the property of Belle Creata LLC.
Pricing is quoted per order based on quantity, print size, and turnaround. We may adjust pricing over time with reasonable notice to active customers. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote and processed securely through our payment provider.

Tiffany's Touches and Belle Creata LLC provide printing services as described. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, beyond the value of the order itself.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
