Artwork guidelines

What resolution should my file be?

300 DPI or higher gives the sharpest print. Lower-resolution files can still work for smaller sizes, but may look soft at 8"+ prints.

PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG — which is best?

Transparent PNGs work best for DTF transfers since there's no background to remove. JPGs are fine for full-bleed designs. SVG and PDF both work well for vector artwork.

What's the difference between "Print As Is" and "Artwork Review"?

"Print As Is" sends your file straight through — best if you already know it's print-ready. "Artwork Review" has Tiffany take a real look first and flag anything that might not print clean, for a flat $9.99, included with your quote.

Size guide

Common placements and the design sizes that work best for each — pick your placement above once your art is uploaded.

Tag / Label

3″ × 3″ — small brand or size tags, neckline or inside-collar placement.

Left Chest

4″ × 4″ — the classic logo spot, sized to sit above the pocket line.

Center Chest

6″ × 6″ — a step up from left chest, still leaves room to breathe.

Full Front / Back

10″ × 10″ to 11″ × 11″ — full coverage designs for shirts and hoodies.
